Methods came to the aid of an up and coming enterprise software
vendor, whose products target a niche market. As demand was generated
for the applications, they were quickly overwhelmed with the workload.
With minimal administrative staff and no time
to handle a lengthy recruiting process, they turned to CMC’s
Permanent Placement services. Given the complexity of their product,
and the intricacies of the niche they serve, they required very
specialized talent who could make immediate contributions.
The staff at CMC quickly put our recruiting
process to work and searched all possible channels for the specific
expertise the client required. After performing many of our own
interviews, we were able to present a candidate who had the ideal
technical skills and industry experience. Interviews were completed
and followed by an immediate offer.
The individual, whom CMC introduced, made
valuable contributions very soon after starting work there. He was
already designated as the Lead Software Engineer and is a great
asset to this rapidly growing organization.
